It was the instruments that let a laboratory ask a question twice and get the same answer — reagents, platforms, diagnostics, the unfashionable middle of the life-sciences chain.
Why a tools room matters
A formula house watches this the way it watches glassware. If the tools drift, the claim drifts. The Health Valley has long been named for therapies and devices; this gathering was a reminder that manufacturing science and measurement have to stand beside them, or the valley is only a story.
